What’s the story with McDonald Farm?
McDonald Farm is a 2000-acre farm that was purchased in 2021 by Hamilton County. The idea behind the purchase was that this was an important asset that the county could develop over time.
SeTNYF is currently working to bring together ideas around a farm incubator that could provide access to land and resources for beginning farmers, highlight the importance of agriculture in our region, and exist in concert with other land uses on the property.
